HOTEL BOOKING POLICIES

Hotel Policy

  • Rates and Taxes: Rates are subject to applicable GST and fees.

  • Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Identification Requirements:

    • Guests aged 18 years and above must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in, as per Government of India regulations.

    • Accepted ID proofs include Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, and Ration Card. PAN cards will not be accepted as valid ID proof.

    • Guests without valid ID proof will not be allowed to check-in.

  • Hotel Entry: Entry is at the sole discretion of the hotel authority.

    • Guests with photo IDs showing a local address may be denied accommodation.

    • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals posing as a couple without suitable identification.

  • Parking Charges: Parking or entry fees at the airport must be paid directly by the guest.

  • Alternate Arrangements: If we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will provide alternate arrangements at our cost.

  • Room Allotment: Rooms may differ in decor from the images shown, but the amenities will remain consistent.

  • Children Policy: Children under 8 years old are complimentary if sharing the existing bed.

  • Credit Card Policy: Your credit card guarantees the booking and will not be charged unless required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Billing Information

  • Our hotel does not offer e-invoicing services. All taxes are deposited under the B2C category.

  • As per Section 12(3)(b) of the IGST Act, 2017, lodging and accommodation services are taxed at the location of the hotel, resulting in CGST and SGST applicability. Input tax credit may not be available for interstate transactions.

Cancellation Policy​

  • No-show or cancellation: No refund will be provided. Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified on or after the check-in date and time stated in the confirmation voucher.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Cancellation Policy and Hotel Policy.

Booking amount is non-refundable in any case.
