Hotel Sun International in Paharganj can host up to 200 students and staff in one property, from ₹400 per head per night for the room. Meals are cooked in our own kitchen and served in our dining hall, which seats 100 at a time, so a 200-strong group eats in two organised sittings instead of scattering across the market.

Rooming a student group Students share triple and four-bed rooms; teachers, coaches and chaperones take their own rooms nearby, so supervision is easy. All rooms have AC, a TV and an attached washroom, and are cleaned daily.

Safety, which is what parents ask about Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, there is a security guard on duty, smoke detectors are installed, and there is a lift. One building means one exit point and fast head counts. Every guest aged 18 and above must show a valid photo ID at check-in as per Government of India rules; PAN cards are not accepted. Ask us in advance what documentation you need for students under 18 travelling with school staff.

Meals on a school timetable School and sports schedules don't wait. Our kitchen can serve breakfast early before a match or a monument visit, and dinner late when the group returns. Because the hall seats 100 at a time, we will fix your two sittings in advance — usually splitting by class or by team — so nobody is left waiting. Share your day plan, your meal list and any dietary requirements when you enquire, and we will quote the meals per head.

Venues and sightseeing nearby For sports groups, central Delhi venues including Talkatora Stadium, Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium and Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium are a short bus ride away. For educational trips, Jantar Mantar and Chandni Chowk are about 2.5 km, Red Fort about 3.5 km and India Gate about 4.5 km. Our travel counter can help arrange buses.
